We Belong. To the Earth. And to Each Other.
This particular body of work is rooted in the story of the Unbroken Rainbow – a teaching that reminds us that we are not separate from the natural world and that there are many gifts to be had in learning how to live in balance with and deep respect of the elements, lands, plants, trees, animals, and each other. The imagery of the unbroken rainbow is one that reflects our wholeness and our birthright of belonging. To the earth. And to each other.
What you are purchasing is a 5″x5″ pen and ink original work for yourself or someone close to your heart. This imagery will contain the unbroken rainbow in some form, as you see in some of the past works I have created below, and an element, landscape, plant, tree, or animal of your choosing that calls out to you to help you to remember and live this birthright of belonging. I arrive at this work after a conversation with you and am generally able to complete each original piece within a 2-3 week time frame. The original unframed piece is then available to be picked up in person in western MA at my studio, or to be mailed (for a shipping fee) to any state within the US.
Sliding Scale: $50 – $100, payment plans available; 10% of the profits will be shared with an indigenous-led group whose work supports these traditions to flourish and thrive for generations to come.
